Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At ColoursofGod.com, every print and framed artwork is carefully produced and quality-checked before shipping. As our products are made-to-order art pieces, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do provide cancellation, replacements or refunds in genuine cases of damage or production defects, as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Cancellation, Return or Refund

Cancellation: Inform us within 24 hours to cancel your order and process full refund.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• The buyer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging must be shared

• The issue must be related to:

  • Shipping damage

  • Printing defects

  • Frame breakage or transit-related damage

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

2. No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not support returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, as each artwork is printed and framed specifically for your order.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizes, and preview images carefully before placing an order.

3. Replacement Policy

If your product arrives damaged or has a verified printing defect:

• We will arrange a free replacement

• No additional shipping cost will be charged

• Replacement processing time will be similar to a new order timeline

4. Special Circumstances Refund

In rare or special situations, we may approve a refund at our discretion.
If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method

Approval of such refunds is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

• Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

• Damage caused after delivery

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Change of mind or aesthetic preference
