1. Order Processing Time
All our prints and framed artworks are made to order.
Once your order is placed:
Prints (Unframed): Processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days
Framed Prints: Processed and dispatched within 4–7 business days
Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship:
Across India
International shipping may be available for selected countries (shipping rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout).

3. Estimated Delivery Time
Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch
International Orders: 7–15 business days after dispatch (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Package size and weight
Delivery location

5. Packaging
We take packaging seriously to ensure your artwork arrives safely:
Prints are rolled or flat-packed in protective tubes or rigid mailers
Framed prints are bubble-wrapped and boxed securely
Moisture-resistant and corner-protected packaging is used for added safety
6. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive:
A shipping confirmation email
Tracking link to monitor your delivery status
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos of the package and product
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
If a package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner and resolve the issue promptly.
8. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes as per your country’s regulations.
These charges are borne by the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
